About

Healing is not just a job or career for me; it is my soul's calling. I became a CPA after college and soon felt that I was called to help people in their emotional healing, thus I studied to become a psychotherapist. After many years of treating clients with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions and PTSD, I became interested in other ancient healing modalities. I learned about energy healing and shamanism. I now use all the tools I have learned and I take a holistic and trauma-informed approach to healing. I am trained in internal family systems, hypnosis, EMDR, gestalt and other modalities. I also incorporate spirituality in my approaches. I take a heart-centered approach to healing, thus my sessions are experiential.

I am a Filipino American who migrated to the U.S. with my family. I hold my sessions in English but if my clients prefer, I can hold it in Tagalog.

My interests include yoga, hiking, biking, pilates, barre, cooking, water color painting, and being in nature.
