Hi, I’m MC, a Filipino-American therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity, and the pressures of cultural and family expectations. Many of my clients are people of color and AAPI individuals balancing traditional values with their own personal path. You might feel caught between wanting to honor your family while also trying to live authentically. Therapy can be a space to explore those tensions, strengthen your sense of self, and build healthier relationships.
My approach is culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Together, we work on improving communication, setting boundaries, processing difficult experiences, and building emotional resilience. I also enjoy working with couples who want to deepen their connection and better understand each other.
