About
You've started to take note of patterns in your life that leave you questioning whether or not they serve you. These patterns look like being a perfectionist, a people pleaser, being anxious about how others perceive you, questioning your enoughness, or even struggling to have boundaries which continually lead you to burnout.
I help folx identify these patterns of relating to find balance, wholeness, and connection to themselves. I work from a brain, body, and relational approach to help people create and foster a secure attachment to themselves that, true to our Kapwa spirit, make allowance for us to positively impact those around us.
My practice focuses on decolonization and processing generational trauma as a means to work through these patterns. I am a queer, second gen, Filipina American (she/her/siya) LMFT. I am also one of the Ates of the Ask Your Ates Podcast, a Filipinx Mental Health Podcast.
