About
Hi, my name is Mia. I identify as a Filipina, pansexual, cis gendered female and spiritual person. I am an individual and couples therapist.
I work with people who feel disconnected in their lives and want to change the way they relate to themselves, and in their relationships. They want to be more vulnerable, live more fully, and be more in touch with their emotions.
I’ve always been inspired by the human experience, and human connection. I love seeing human experience (besides actually experiencing it) the most in art forms - especially music, and theatre. I took that love of human connection with me into my life work as a therapist.
I love being in connection and relationship with people. The opportunity to be with people as part of their healing journey is sacred. I don’t take my clients opening up to me and trusting me with intimate details of their lives, and relationships, lightly. I am happy to be here with my clients for however long our paths intertwine.
I'm humbled by the opportunity to work with you and be a part of the process that reconnects you to yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.
