About
I spent 30 years in healthcare giving everything to everyone else — until burnout and grief cracked me open to the most radical lesson: I was never broken to begin with. My practice is driven by the need to make rest and healing accessible for people shaped by survival mode and cultural disconnection—offering sound, energy work, and sacred doula-like guidance that supports life transitions and reconnects individuals with ancestral belonging and their inner healer.
