About

I work with couples and individuals, with a particular focus on two groups: couples recovering from infidelity and young men navigating the transition into adulthood.

For couples, an affair can upend everything you thought you knew about your relationship. I help partners make sense of what happened, understand the patterns that brought them here, and decide what comes next, whether that means rebuilding trust or separating with clarity and respect.

For young men, the transition into adulthood can be disorienting. Questions about identity, relationships, career, and what kind of man you want to become don't always have easy answers. I offer a space to explore those questions honestly, without judgment.

I also bring clinical experience in trauma and substance use, working as a primary therapist in residential addiction treatment and facilitating trauma education groups.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in technology sales. My own career transition deepened my appreciation for the challenges of change and the importance of building a life that reflects your values.

As someone of Filipino and Irish heritage, I also appreciate the ways cultural identity, family expectations, and belonging can shape our experiences.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation and 50-minute sessions, in person in Playa del Rey or online throughout California.
