About

As a hypnotherapist, I offer a compassionate, collaborative space for clients navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, identity concerns, and life transitions. My approach blends clinical training with deep respect for the unconscious, helping clients access insight and healing through guided trance, ego-strengthening, and therapeutic metaphor. My practice, spanning over four and a half years, integrates evidence-based psychological methods with hypnotic techniques to offer clients distinctive therapeutic experiences. Through these avenues, I strive to facilitate relational healing and explore the unconscious that facilitates change in a meaningful way.

I specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck or disconnected from their goals, using hypnosis to build emotional readiness, strengthen motivation, and rework limiting patterns. Whether you’re seeking support with behavior change, inner confidence, or processing long-held pain, our work together honors both the conscious mind and the deeper layers of experience.

My work is deeply informed by psychoanalytic and relational frameworks, emphasizing cultural awareness, interpersonal communication, and empathic attunement, skills that are especially vital when supporting marginalized communities. These qualities are crucial for fostering compassionate connections and advocating for social justice. This integrative method, enriched by my ongoing doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology, enables me to provide trauma-informed care that promotes curiosity about one's authentic self and paves the way for transformative change.

Clients have described our sessions as grounding, insightful, and restorative. I invite you to bring your curiosity, your pain, and your hopes—together, we’ll cultivate a path forward with care, creativity, and clarity.
