About
Hello! I’m Tiffany Camat, LCSW (she/her) and I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and depression therapy for teen and young adult (Gen Z) women of color.
As someone who has done my own work in therapy, I understand what it's like to reach out during a vulnerable time, and to navigate cultural concerns regarding mental health. On the flip side, I also know what it’s like to feel more steady to take on life’s challenges and change
I want to help you learn to cope with your anxiety and crippling self-doubt, find peace with your trauma, and develop confidence to take on life’s challenges.
During these crucial years as a young person, you may be experiencing many changes, from adjusting to the demands of a fast paced world, to balancing school or work, and learning to create meaningful, purposeful relationships.
This can be a daunting task while also juggling your developing identity influenced by society and culture, and trying to make sense of both difficult past experiences and your future potential.
I look forward to supporting you through these challenging experiences so that you can live a more hopeful, confident life.
