About

Hi! I'm Cristine. I'm a first gen Filipina American and I'm passionate about serving my AANHPI family. Being from an Asian immigrant family, I'm aware of the pain that can sometimes arise from striving for perfectionism, exploring your race and identity, and navigating existing in cultures that may clash from time to time. In my practice, I hope to create a safe and warm space for you to be your full self free from shame or judgment. I hope to support you in uncovering and exploring the unique pathways for you to achieve the softness, slowness, and peace you deserve.
