About

Hi, I’m Dr. Rona, PsyD! My pronouns are she/her/siya. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and offer online therapy for anyone who lives in California.

Many of my clients work with me to heal from trauma, anxiety, or imposter syndrome. Others are looking for support with managing their chronic pain and improving their quality of life. I’m committed to diverse, liberation oriented communities, and I enjoy working with women/femmes of color and students/professionals from immigrant families. One of my deepest passions is helping fellow Filipinx Americans and other AAPI folks navigate difficult family and cultural dynamics.

My work stems from feminist, decolonization, and embodiment practices, and I use a here-and-now approach by integrating mindfulness and yoga techniques into talk therapy. Through this, we can work on getting you reconnected with yourself, and realigning the pieces of your life that feel out of place. As a mind-body therapist, I take a holistic and non-judgmental approach to help clients reach their goals of living a meaningful, well-balanced life. Together we will explore the here and now with self-compassion, and in turn, find practical ways for you to take steps towards creating the life you envision for yourself. Magkasama tayo! We're in this together.
