As a Black Pinay woman from the Bay Area and Maryland, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, deeply rooted in my cultural heritage and personal experiences. My focus is on supporting folks navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma, helping them find their path to healing. During my free time, I cherish moments with my 2 year old and 6-month-old baby, exploring new restaurants in and around the Bay Area, and traveling to new places.
