About
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families, as well as developing and facilitating therapy and support groups. I am trauma-informed and have a breadth of experience working with people in the LGBTQ community, including writing letters of support for transitioning clients. I practice person centered therapy that integrates family systems theory with body mindfulness. I am comfortable working with folks from diverse backgrounds and my practice locations have included the Pacific Northwest, the Navajo Nation, and now the islands of Hawai`i.
