Lhiza Bascones is a qualified hypnotherapist with advanced certifications from the Hypnotherapy Training Institute in San Francisco.
She holds specialized training in Hypno-Healing, Hypnotic Dreamwork, Advanced and Medical Hypnotherapy, and Gestalt Therapy, and has spent the past seven years studying and applying psychotherapy, NLP, life coaching, EMDR, quantum energy healing, and neuroscience to support whole-person transformation.
Rooted in her Babaylan lineage from Cebu and Negros, Lhiza bridges science and spirit through the sacred arts of Hilot (Filipino body–energy medicine) and Manalagna (intuitive seer work). Her practice honors the wisdom of the ancestors while applying modern therapeutic tools to release trauma, restore balance, and awaken remembrance.
Through her integrative platforms Energetica Wellness, The Hair Mystic hair care and energy healing, and ClairSynergy, a nonprofit devoted to resilience education and intergenerational healing. Lhiza helps individuals and families move beyond survival, reclaim their inner power, and embody healing as a way of life.
