About
Kayzelyn (she/they/siya) is a first-generation Pilipinx-American Millennial that currently settles on Tongva/Chumash territory (Los Angeles) since 1993. She was born in San Juan, Batangas, Philippines and founded Our Kapwa in 2018. She is a mental health advocate, career/wellness embodiment/executive/spiritual life coach, higher education career service professional, intuitive and multidimensional being.
Our ‘Kapwa’ translates as the Philippine psychological term for “interconnectedness.” This platform shares a perspective that breaks the stereotypes of those affected (past and/or present) by the "western standards of psychological conditions" while integrating the decolonizing journey of self-awareness/acceptance, heart-centered growth, advocacy, healing, spirituality and consciousness in our evolving world.
The mission of Our Kapwa aims to redefine success, embody healthy wellbeing, strengthen self-awareness, unveil our divine potential and intuitive wisdom within each of us. Our Kapwa provides various transformative coaching services, resources and workshops to the community.
