About
I’m a Mental Health Counselor (Limited Permit) based in Queens, NY, and I currently see clients throughout New York State via telehealth. I work with Nurture Your Nature, a group practice dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with themselves, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change.
As a counselor, I take an integrative and collaborative approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and Gestalt Therapy. My work centers on helping clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the present moment, identify patterns that may be holding them back, and develop tools to foster healing and growth.
I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a more balanced and authentic life. I’m now accepting new clients through Nurture Your Nature and look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward growth and well-being.
