About

If you are reading this, I commend you for taking that first brave step in researching therapists. Finding the right fit is such an important part of the healing process. Whether you are experiencing something internal, external, or both I want to help. I work with adults in individual and couples therapy, and specialize in relationship issues, overcoming breakups, men’s issues, life transitions, depression, and exploring cultural identity. Part of this work includes exploring past experiences and relationships and how they impact us currently. I also use humor in my work, it can be such a healing tool!

My experiences as a male Filipino American have afforded me an even greater appreciation of how gender and culture can play significant roles in our outlooks on life, relationships, family, conflict, happiness, and ourselves. One of my goals is to help people find a healthy and fulfilling balance of all these factors.

To accommodate busy schedules, I offer both daytime and evening hours, as well as weekend sessions. Thank you for visiting, and again, props to you.
