Arlene Cavan PT, DPT is a pelvic + orthopedic physical therapist with extensive experience in chronic pain and dysfunction.
Working with complex presentations has necessitated taking a holistic physical therapy approach.
Beyond musculoskeletal structures, PT care with Arlene will delve into the health of the neighboring GI and reproductive/genital systems that intertwine with pelvic floor problems.
She incorporates a range manual therapy and therapeutic education and interventions to help with physical body issues and nervous system dysregulation.
In addition to one’s internal health ecosystem, Arlene extends with her training in health coaching and sexuality counseling to help others leverage their connections with local and broader communities to support in their global recovery and healing.
