About
I’m a proud second-generation Fil-Am Queer Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CA #76525). I acknowledge and am grateful that I am inhabiting, living and working on Tongva land - for this gift, I offer Land Tax to support rematriation of land to the Tongva Taraxat Paxaavxa Conservancy.
I received my graduate training at Columbia University School of Social Work and I have been working with individuals and groups for over 16 years to further my commitment by sharing tools and resources typically reserved for the consultation room through individual therapy sessions, consultation, and providing mental health resources. You can see my some of my insights featured on mindbodygreen & Forbes.
I am passionate about helping my clients learn what their sustainable and realistic “self-care” looks like. I do this by helping my clients understand why they may find themselves over-giving and burning out then helping them to create a sustainable, tailored-to-them menu of coping options to suit their various energy levels.
