About
I use therapy techniques informed by Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, expressive arts, and Play. As a queer woman of color, I am passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. I am particularly interested in how emotional wellbeing is impacted by the intersections of identities and systemic oppression. As a child of immigrants, I have witnessed the impact of generational burdens rooted in colonialism. My heart is open to non-traditional and indigenous based forms of healing through spirits, energies, and nature. Marunong ako mag Tagalog at intidihan po ako ang kahirapan ng imigrasyon, maghiwalay ng pamilya, at asimilasyon sa kultura dito sa U.S.
