About

Hi! I’m V. I’m a first gen Filipino-American born and raised in the Bay Area, CA. I met my husband playing music, and we took off on the dream of owning our own home in Austin, TX. Now, we have 2 kiddos, are in our dream careers, and our dream continues to expand. We love Jesus, we love people, and we love our lives together! As a therapist, I work with individuals of all ages, couples, and assist with family therapy and reunification. I collaborate with a holistic group of individuals that use EMDR, NET (neuro emotional technique), IFS, CBT, DBT, DNMS, as well as brain tap, vibroacoustics, PEMF, and red light therapy. We take a very whole-body approach to therapy and believe sometimes, “it’s not all in your head!” In addition to traditional therapy methods, I am trained in various inner healing techniques that help individuals reconnect with God as their Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit. I believe healing and health is available for everyone, regardless of income, race, color, religion, culture, and size despite accessibility and affordability. I partner with multiple foundations that help finance therapy for three underserved populations: first responders, low income, and immigrant/first/1.5 gen. I am constantly growing, learning, evolving, and in therapy for myself. This outlook and perspective of being a life-long learner allows me to best serve my clients as they embark on their therapeutic journey and grow themselves. I am a former music educator and lean into music and it’s healing capacities in therapy. As a former performer, I hand a first-hand understanding of performance anxiety, pressures within sports, athletics, and performance. For fun, I teach Pure Barre at our local studio. It’s a great way to destress and open up the performer part of my brain allowing me to succeed at something measurable, while still helping clients thrive in going after health. I believe everyone has the capacity and right to live the life they dream of! *Get your hopes up!*
