About
Hello! I was born in the Philippines and immigrated to the US when I was six years old. I have always felt as if I did not belong and long carried the responsibility of taking care of myself. Throughout my life, I have navigated the experience of being bicultural. I have beliefs of being connected to all forms of life/spirits as well as being a Christian. Socially, I have the need to find belonging and kapwa/community and I also value being an individual and the autonomy to be my authentic self. I am expressive and fiercely independent yet I also know when to respect my elders and honor the generations that shaped and guided the path for me.
I work from a bio/psycho/social/emotional and cultural lens when it comes to healing. And then I integrate my spirituality and its applications when the opportunity presents itself.
I offer individual therapy for adults via in person or virtual sessions.
I also offer shorter term sessions in the form of life coaching through my program "GUIDE•DANCE". With coaching, I use my experience as a dancer, artist, and intuitive to provide a space for clients to experience a breakthrough. Most clients who request coaching are focused on their careers and want to fully realize their talents and gifts.
