About
I’m Dr. Adeleine Conanan (she/her/hers), a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and 1.5-gen immigrant raised in Southern California. I understand that it can be challenging to share thoughts and emotions with others, so I strive to create a safe, genuine, and non-judgmental space to build trust in client-therapist relationships.
I work with clients to address stressful life transitions, intergenerational trauma, and emotion dysregulation issues, including depression, anxiety, and self-harm. Having worked extensively with ethnically- and gender-diverse populations, I enjoy helping adults explore their sense of identity and find meaningful roles in their communities. Through a culturally sensitive lens that incorporates understanding past relationships and behavioral patterns, my goal is to help each client become aware of the obstacles hindering their personal growth and find a clear path forward in line with their own values.
Please contact me if you have any questions about how I can support you on your journey.
