About
My name is Raynelle Rino (pron. ree-noh), she/her/siya. I’m a certified professional coach through Leadership That Works. I blend my science, environmental justice, and spiritual connection in my coaching and curating "Healing Hikes", where clients increase their capacity to create change with the support and guidance of the nature experience.
I’m a long time Bay Area professional who began as an ecology field researcher then moved onto grassroots environmental education and social justice organizing. My love for nature and youth development brought me to teach in unique settings like alternative high schools, environmental justice neighborhoods, parks, and juvenile justice facilities. My personal journey through life has carved a well-rounded and powerful pathway with the support of key spiritual mentors. I consider myself a transformational and leadership coach who is a highly intuitive healer and guide who straddles between leadership development coaching, spiritual development, and coaching through burnout and compassion fatigue. Majority of my clients are WOC leaders in non-profit, philanthropy, government agencies, and wellness practitioners. Being an educator comes naturally to me, so I developed my Radical Nature Framework to illustrate nature’s process and capacity to heal through trauma. Ancestral and intergenerational healing come up often in sessions with me. I apply this framework to all the services I provide, including my online school where I create and facilitate personal and professional development trainings. I usually meet with clients over zoom or on the phone, and if you’re local to the Bay Area, outdoor sessions can be arranged! Group healing hikes are also a way to access nature’s power to heal. I am a second-generation Queer Pinay, born and raised in San Jose/Ohlone Land. I live Oakland/Chochenyo Territory with my growing daughter.
