About
I am a board-certified psychiatrist, a medical doctor who specializes in mental health. I graduated from medical school in 2013 from Western University of Health Sciences in California. I completed my psychiatry residency training at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) and pursued additional training in Forensic Psychiatry. My interests include community and forensic psychiatry.
At Quimson Behavioral Health, I provide clinical services in a supportive environment to promote emotional wellness and growth. I provide more than just a “medication check” appointment. I employ a balanced approach which includes medications, education, and talk therapy.
While I treat a variety of mental health conditions, I specialize in anxiety and depression. I also help others explore the impact of culture on their mental health. I identify as Filipina-American.
