About
I'm a queer, neurodivergent, polyamorous Filipina therapist dedicated to bringing culturally appropriate and socially just mental health care to individuals and couples seeking a therapist who understands their values, worldviews, and unique challenges. I work with a “whole person” model of wellness focused on wholeness and connection. Together you and I can find ways to strengthen your relationships with your mind, body, spirit, emotions, and the Earth. We can do this through activities like meditation, body awareness, writing, interacting with nature, and exploring dreams.
