About

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, and unsure how life became this way. They may no longer recognize themselves in the mirror, or realize they’re not showing up as the person they want to be. If this sounds familiar, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

My approach is simple. I aim to meet clients where they are while supporting meaningful growth. Together, we can explore your story with courage, honesty, and compassion to heal from past wounds, rediscover yourself, and move toward a more grounded and authentic life. Sometimes we need someone to help us carry what feels heavy. I incorporate creative and expressive techniques, somatic work, and storytelling alongside more traditional talk therapy approaches.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, identity, cultural, and spiritual challenges, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting military spouses, women in leadership, individuals living with chronic illness, and those who know they need support but aren’t quite sure where to begin.

We all have the capacity to rewrite our story and learn to love the person in the mirror, flaws and all.

If you’re ready to take the next step, or if you still have questions, I invite you to request a free consultation or schedule an appointment through our website, kulturawellness.com
