As a Filipina immigrant who grew up bridging two worlds, I know the deep feeling torn between cultures. Of searching for belonging while carrying stories and expectations that rarely fit neatly together. I’ve stood in those shoes, learning to navigate the weight of unspoken rules, wanting to honor where I come from while daring to become who I truly am.
Today, as a psychotherapist and trauma expert, I help driven professionals and creative entrepreneurs do just that: come home to themselves. My work is grounded in both science and humanity, blending EMDR, cognitive behavioral, and somatic practices to help heal the nervous system and gently unravel the patterns that keep us stuck.
I offer one-on-one sessions, workshops, and wellness talks that open space for deeper self-trust, richer connections, and lives that feel both rooted and expansive. My mission is simple and deeply personal: to walk alongside others as they move through the residue of trauma and step into lives shaped by resilience, fulfillment, and genuine growth.
