About
Hello! I'm a is a bilingual licensed clinical psychologist providing short to long-term psychotherapy for a range of mental health issues/life transition challenges to individuals, couples, and families. I believe that people are multi-dimensional and ever evolving, which is why I provide therapy that is culturally sensitive, flexible and integrative.
Drawing from extensive training in various modes of treatment including: psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based techniques, let's collaborate to create a YOU-centered therapeutic experience that promotes healthier change and solutions to your problems.
I received my doctorate from the New School for Social Research (NYC) and completed my residency and postdoctoral fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
