About
Hi! I'm Kristine (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the Southern New England Area. As a first generation Filipino-American, I strive to destigmatize mental health. I provide support & insight into difficult feelings around microaggression, collectivism, assimilation, colonization that are shared & unique in the Filipinx diaspora.
I utilize both evidenced-based modalities while incorporating culturally sensitive/holistic practices that are unique to the individual. No "one-size fits all" especially in multi-layered systems of oppression & intergenerational traumas that occur within the Filipin-x experience.
My approach is client centered, relational, open and supportive. I am honored to join you on your healing journey to becoming the best version of yourself.
