About
I work with children, teens, and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck. My passion is helping neurodivergent individuals better understand themselves, build coping skills, and feel more confident navigating school, work, relationships, and daily life. I also support couples who want to reconnect, communicate more effectively, or navigate neurodiversity together, creating emotional safety and habits that strengthen closeness.
For over ten years, I’ve had the privilege of working in schools, clinics, and hospitals with people experiencing ADHD, autism, trauma, anxiety, depression, and learning differences. I take a relational, collaborative, trauma-informed, and multicultural approach, tailoring therapy and assessment to each person’s strengths while using evidence-based strategies with compassion and care.
I also have extensive experience conducting psychological and educational assessments, including autism evaluations, ADHD, learning differences, cognitive testing, and social-emotional assessments. My goal is to provide clear, individualized feedback that helps clients and families better understand strengths, challenges, and strategies for success.
I offer teletherapy to California residents, as well as in-person and teletherapy assessments in Walnut Creek and San Francisco. My goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and supported, so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and hope.
