About
I am a second generation Filipino-American integrative practitioner bringing together psychodynamic, trauma informed practice, and somatics to help clients explore issues such as racial and cultural identity, colonial mentality and internalized oppression, class, family dynamics, and gender in order to move towards holistic healing. I have worked with a range of clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, chronic pain, disability, and relationship/marital issues.
My 10+ years of working in educational, non-profit, and movement spaces deeply informs the work that I do with groups and individuals. I am based in New York City and Rockland County and am currently practicing via teletherapy.
