About
As the eldest daughter of two immigrant parents, being a healer, educator, and innovator came naturally. My upbringing as a Filipina American in the SF Bay Area shows in my personality and is apparent in my authentic, welcoming, and empathetic approach to therapy. For most of my life, I have been passionate about five main things: Mental Health and Wellness, Performance (athletic and musical), Education, Culture, and Family. Combining those passions led me to a career in clinical and sport/performance psychology.
I am both a clinician and an educator who is driven by the need to live with purpose and meaning. By helping others toward their own goals, I find myself traveling down a path that was meant for me.
