About
I support clients in navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief while honoring the layered realities of identity, culture, and the acculturation experience. As a bilingual (Tagalog/Filipino) therapist, I offer a culturally responsive, affirming space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported. My approach integrates evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities—including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and relational-cultural therapy—while remaining flexible and tailored to your needs. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all; together, we’ll find what resonates for you. Our work may also include expressive and somatic practices such as journaling, art, movement, or play to support processing beyond words.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. I offer a space where you can move at your own pace, with care, curiosity, and respect. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I will gently guide when needed while honoring your autonomy. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, deepening self-awareness, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.
As a second-generation Filipino American therapist and daughter of immigrants, my work is shaped by lived experience. I understand the complexities of navigating cultural expectations, identity, and belonging, and I bring this awareness into the therapy space with intention and humility.
Outside of therapy, I find grounding in journaling, nature, and traveling with my family. I’m a bilingual, spiritual person who draws inspiration from connection, faith, and music—especially Filipino pop. I’m also an animal lover, a parent, and a committed ally to the LGBTQIA+ community.
