FAQ

In the wake of recent events that have deeply impacted our community, we are offering Kumustahan: A Community Check-In — a weekly online wellness space to gather, reflect, and support one another.

This on-going event is meant to hold space for ripple effects of grief, continued solidarity, and strenghtening connections as we navigate this time together. Join us for a grounding session where we will share silence, words, and presence—not to “fix” anything, but to witness and be witnessed. This is a space to honor our emotions, lean into collective care, and remind each other we are not alone.

Who
Open to all community members who wish to show up in compassion and mutual respect.

What
Join us for a free, therapist-facilitated community gathering to reflect, grieve, and connect in the wake of recent events.
