What does Filipino healing and wellness look like to you?
Filipino healing and wellness to me includes integrating holistic forms of healing (mind, body, spirit, and community), in order to empower Filipinos. Through collective care and genuine connection, we can move beyond our intergenerational wounds and build multigenerational resilience.

What does Filipino healing and wellness look like to you?
For me, Filipino healing is like coming home. It’s where the warmth of our traditions blends with the insights of modern therapy. We heal through the story, so I make an effort to blend our stories and rituals into each session, creating a space where heritage complements recovery.
